1. The service

DevElif is a public website directory. Free listings receive a public page and a dofollow outbound link. DevElif is not a search-engine ranking service and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, or revenue.

2. Listings

You must own or be authorized to submit the URL. You allow DevElif to fetch public metadata and display the listing's name, tagline, icon, category, and link. We may refuse, edit, suspend, or remove listings that are illegal, deceptive, abusive, malicious, spammy, or otherwise unsuitable. Duplicate hosts may be merged or updated.

3. Advertising

• Homepage advertisements are paid placements on the main directory page for the stated paid period.
• Listing-page advertisements are paid placements on the specific listing page selected by the advertiser and do not replace or transfer ownership of that listing.
• Advertisements are labeled. Buying an advertisement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, rankings, traffic, indexing, or revenue.
• Advertising products are separate and are subject to the placement, price, duration, and payment terms shown at checkout.

4. Billing and refunds

Payments are processed through the payment method offered at checkout. Any renewal, cancellation, refund, or expiration terms applicable to an advertisement are described in the Refund Policy and at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit malware, phishing, stolen content, counterfeit goods, illegal activity, abusive content, or URLs that misrepresent the advertised product. Do not attempt to attack, overload, scrape in a way that degrades, or circumvent security of DevElif.

6. Intellectual property

DevElif's branding, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners. Your product names and marks remain yours, and third-party marks remain theirs. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you submit.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, indexing, search rankings, traffic, or SEO results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevElif is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

8. Changes

We may change the service or these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
