Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid advertising purchased on DevElif. Free site listings do not require payment and therefore do not create a listing fee to refund.
1. Paid advertising
Advertising is purchased for a defined placement and paid period. The exact price, placement, duration, and payment method are shown before payment. An advertisement does not guarantee traffic, clicks, impressions, rankings, indexing, or revenue.
2. Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid for a placement that DevElif could not provide, or experienced a material payment error, contact DevElif through the support/contact method shown on the website as soon as possible and provide the transaction details. We may review the order and payment record before deciding a refund.
3. Cancellation and expiry
An advertisement ends when its paid placement period ends or when it is removed under the Terms. Ending or removing an advertisement does not automatically create a refund for unused time unless applicable law or the specific purchase terms require one.
4. Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you accidentally pay twice for the same placement, contact support with both transaction references. Duplicate charges may be reviewed for a refund where appropriate.
5. Payment provider
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Its processing rules may also apply to the transaction. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable law.
